If your clothes are still damp after a full cycle, first check whether the drum is overloaded. Overloading restricts airflow and prevents clothes from tumbling properly, which can affect drying performance.
If the load size is appropriate, check that the grille vents, usually located at the front of the machine, are clear and free from obstructions. Next, clean the condenser and lint filter. We recommend cleaning the condenser every 30 cycles, and the fluff filter and water tank after every use.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you may need an engineer, please see our contact page for details on how to get in touch or book a repair.
If the problem is related to the drum not spinning or the dryer not generating heat, see our FAQs on tumble dryers not spinning and tumble dryers not heating for further guidance.
